Who are we

*Fermes Bio, fair trade organic grain commercial union.* The Fermes Bio union brings together three grain cooperatives which are pioneers in organic farming in France. They produce more than 100 000 tons of organic grains altogether. Our union was founded in 2014 with the aim of coordinating the sowing, transformation and commercialisation of our member-farmers’ production. The three cooperatives share their expertise and tools in order to offer the best quality and service. We develop our activity through long-lasting relationships with our clients. Thanks to the diversity of our producing areas, we limit the risks link with climate hazards, allowing us to secure our production volumes and our contracts. Our cooperatives have high standards for organic farming and are engaged in a continual improvement of quality and environmental and social practices. Our job is to saw and harvest what you need. All our products are grown in France by our member-farmers. *_Food products_* White oat, Hulled oat, Wheat, Durum wheat, Camelina, Saffloyer, Hemp, Rapeseed, Hulled einkorn, Hulled spelt, Khorasan, Beans, Green lentils, Black lentils, Golden lentils, Red lentils, Chateau lentils, Brown flax, Golden flax, Millet, Malt barley, Chickpeas, Split peas, Quinoa, Buckwheat, Milling rye, Sorghum, Soya beans, High oleic sunflower seeds, Linoleic sunflower seeds. *_Feed products_* Oat, Wheat , Vicia faba, Corn, Feed barley, Sorgho, Feed peas, Soya bean,Triticale. *_Processed products_* Flours, Oils, Hulled grains, Oatmeal and legume flakes (including gluten-free).
