At OCEAN KISS®, we are reinventing seafood… without fish! Based in the Bordeaux region, our French FoodTech startup offers 100% plant-based alternatives that are delicious and respectful of biodiversity. Our mission? To provide a new way to enjoy seafood by combining innovation, taste, and ecological commitment. Using seaweed and plants, we create gourmet recipes that help preserve the oceans. Our flagship product, SOLMON®, is a revolutionary alternative to smoked salmon. Rich in omega-3s, fiber, and protein, it easily fits into all your dishes—sandwiches, salads, poke bowls… An ideal option that combines pleasure and responsibility. At OCEAN KISS®, sustainability is at the heart of our approach. In response to the challenges of overfishing, climate change, and marine pollution, we have chosen to take action by offering healthy and delicious products made from organic ingredients such as seaweed, pea protein, and konjac.
