Who are we

Fromageries Arnaud diary was created in 1907. The specialist of aged Comté and Jura PDO cheeses. Jean-Charles Arnaud is the man upholding the maturation secrets handed down from his ancestors. The stunning aromatic wealth of our Comté is due particularly to our maturation conditions in the France’s most iconic Comté cellars : The Fort des Rousses, a Napoleonic fortress with vaulted stone cellars.
