Who are we

Ayam™ is one of Asia's oldest consumer brands and is consistently ranked among the top food brands in Southeast Asia. Founded by a Frenchman in Singapore in 1892, the company was taken over by Maison Denis in 1954. It then became an international food brand, exported to more than 30 countries with a reputation for consistency, quality, reliability, and honesty. Initially focused on retail products, the company has developed arange of quality Asian food ingredients over the last decade under the name AYAM PROFESSIONAL™ in larger packaging to meet the needs of the food industry.
