Who are we

Our intuitu personae relationships are weak at this time, so we're thirsty to meet again, to come together as a group and talk freely about ourselves, the WE that is within us. Our aim: to rebuild close relationships between people and to encourage deep sharing. We've chosen a simple way to use character to build a bridge to other shores. OMNES ME is Latin for "All of me is built around curiosity, rebuilding the meadow of values". Our mission: to turn character into drink, not the other way around. Our process: we provide our network of producers with a set of specifications on the key points for creating a character, and then we create the blends that allow us to tailor the character. Partage Ta Racine! is an opportunity for everyone to share a little of themselves by offering this bottle. A chance to talk about your roots and who you really are. A moment to reconnect with your true self. A cuvée with a generous, proud and authentic personality. OMNES ME, provocateur de rencontre Our mission: to create wines based on character and the desire to share. We've designed this cuvée to be read, to make you think about taking a moment to tell another person your story, or to listen to their SELF. From a terroir where the environment is reminiscent of a garden bordered by a multitude of Mediterranean species and majestic trees. All this plant energy is accompanied by the telluric energy of the place and the geology. This wine is the ideal companion for a get-together with friends, family or loved ones. All this attention to detail gives it a frank, straightforward and discreet character. After taking the time to discover it, it reveals all its richness and the message it wants to convey: Tell us about yourself, let's tell each other... Tasting advice: Transferred from the bottle to a decanter, we like to discover it even fuller, more open, and at the right temperature, between 10 and 12°. We like to enjoy it with oysters, a tin of sardines, a book, a fillet of cod in olive oil, lemon, butter, with vegetables. Main ingredient : You Discover our wine: Partage ta Racine dry white What we tasted : A very elegant dry white wine, the palate is built around fine bitters, salinity due to its terroir and a fresh finish balanced by the discreet ageing. Gustatory notes of citrus fruit, sweet almond and fresh apple. The salinity typical of the geology at the foot of Mont Ventoux is the hallmark of this singular wine. This mouth-watering wine is an ideal companion for convivial and gastronomic get-togethers. OMNES ME.
