MICHEL BREAVOINE

Region: Calvados

Who are we

The Michel Bréavoine cider house operates almost 50 hectares of traditional cider apple orchards in Normandy, right in the heart of the Pays d’Auge. The farm has High Environmental Value Certification, a voluntary commitment to virtuous agriculture that integrates biodiversity and limits use of inputs to what is strictly necessary. The entire Michel Bréavoine range is made according to the rules of the art of “pure juice”, i.e. a blend of different varieties of apple, from the sweetest to the bitterest, all picked when ripe and pressed on the Domaine.
