"Domaine des 5 Autels" is a family owned estate based in Normandy. Pioneer of the organic farming (since 1967), the domain cultivates 12 hectares of cider apple orchards. It produces ciders and Calvados using only natural methods; the cider cuvées are all produced with wild fermentation and natural carbonation (ancestral method as per champaign).
