Who are we
JEAN MARTIN / CHAMPLAT en PROVENCE is a family cannery based in Maussane-les-Alpilles, in the south-east of France, in the heart of Provence. For more than 100 years, we have been creating and cooking unique and authentic recipes, using only ingredients from the kitchen, with a home-made style. All our recipes are concentrates of taste, flavors and sunshine, and they are packaged in glass jars to guarantee flavors and quality until your plate. Our specialties : cooked Provence vegetables (Ratatouille, Eggplant ratatouille, Zucchini ratatouille). The authentic tabbouleh of the French Riviera. Traditional vegetarian dishes. Provence tomatoes in all their forms (sauce, puree, pulp). Our famous ketchup from Provence. Vegetable spreads. Involved in the French agricultural land, we maintain long term relationships with local farmers, always respecting the growers and the planet.
