CHAMPAGNE PATIS PAILLE

Who are we

CHAMPAGNE PATIS PATIS PAILLE - THE TRADITION The Maison PATIS PAILLE is the result of a long family history spanning five generations. Located on the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne, our vineyard extends over 11 hectares between Dormans, Cuchery, and Hautvillers. Our soils, mainly green clay-limestone, are contributory to the flourishing of Pinot Meunier, the emblematic grape variety of our winery. As both winegrowers and producers, we meticulously ensure the quality of our grapes and winemaking process. The Haute Valeur Environnementale (High Environmental Value) label reflects our commitment to preserving our soils and biodiversity. Our constant goal is to highlight the craftsmanship and authenticity of our Champagnes, thus perpetuating the family heritage with passion and dedication. PATIS PLURIEL - THE RENEWAL PATIS PLURIEL embodies the renewal carried by the new generation of our family. We honour nature's essence throughout our entire process, from the lands to crafting our wines. Like a laboratory, we constantly explore new ways to create Champagne that is fair and adapted to its environment. In viticulture, our priority is soil regeneration, a demanding process requiring time and investment. For winemaking methods, we favour small quantities and ephemeral blends, adapted to each year. Without sulfites, natural, unfiltered, we seek to preserve the authenticity and uniqueness of each variety, capturing the essence of the territory at the optimal moment.
