Who are we

Famille Fabre is one of the oldest independent wine producer in the Languedoc, certified organic since 1991 Owned and managed by the family since 1605. We have today 5 vineyards in Languedoc: in Corbières, Corbières-Boutenac, Languedoc and Minervois, totaling 150 hectares. Clémence Fabre, 16th generation is the new owner and manager. 100% organic wines, wide range: IGP Pays d'Oc, AOP Languedoc, AOP Minervois, AOP Corbières, AOP Corbières-Boutenac (cru classé), petnat, orange wine, plot selections, various grape varieties (Alvarinho, Tempranillo), wines with no added sulfite, fortified wines in solera, BiBs, festive formats (Magnum, Jeroboam), rosés Historical markets: France (independent retailers, organic supermarkets), Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, UK, USA, Japan, Canada Famille Fabre elected Best Winemaker 2020, Guide Hachette Motto and farming philosophy: « Une vigne a ce qu'elle a donné, elle doit ce qu'elle a reçu » “A vine has what it has given, it owes what it has received” Inspiration, Antoine de Saint Exupéry: “Nous empruntons la terre de nos enfants” / "We borrow the earth from our children"
