TERGA GASTRONOMIE was founded by 2 epicureans, passionate about good food and driven by the need to eat healthy. Originally, we were to be worthy heirs to our family tradition. Since 1887, she has worked the land and, by dint of will and pugnacity, transforms the olives produced in our properties around Marrakech into three ultra-premium olive oils. They are among the most awarded Moroccan extra virgin olive oils in the world. From generation to generation, passion, high standards and the search for quality have been passed down to us like a noble and secret art.
