Who are we

The SANCHEZ family has been an oyster farmer dynasty for 4 generations. Over the years, Guy SANCHEZ grandson of the first generation, has continued to develop his business by perpetuating his legacy and his knowledge. Today, his two sons have joined him and he transmits his know-how and his passion to them. This 4th generation therefore continues the adventure, looking to the future, but always respecting family traditions. Since 2019, they have taken place in a new establishment at the forefront of innovation and technology allowing them to produce a high quality oyster. Today, they have a production capacity of around 500 tonnes of commercial oyster per year. It make the company the largest producer and shipper of oysters in Mediterranean. Guy SANCHEZ has been a forerunner several times in the oyster farming sector. It is the first to invest in a grader and to equip its packaging and production system with the news technologies. He is also one of the first oysters farmers to be certified organic in 2015, as well as selling online throughout France to customers' home.
