Who are we

We are a family-run company established in the Aveyron (region synonymous with authenticity, epicurean pleasures and local producers) and specialized in the manufacturing of gourmet products for over forty years: pâtés, terrines, spreads (traditional & organic range), specialties with Foie Gras. Butcher from father to son over many generations, we have created recipes which are the fruit of a special know-how coupled with the secrets of regional traditions.
