Oliv&sens single variety olive oils have been awarded at the Japan International Olive Oil Competition (JOOP 2O22): La Négrette and Bouteillan have been awarded gold, Aglandau and Picholine have been awarded silver. La Négrette was also voted best French olive oil. --- Oliv&sens, an exceptional journey in olive lands From my mom, I inherited the taste of good food and healthy eating. From my meeting several years ago with a Master Moulinier and my passion for the olive tree was born Oliv&sens to offer flavor lovers a taste journey in olive lands. Olive grower and oleologist, I propose you to find the best of the world of olive with a range of olive oils monovarietal and spreads of exception «100% Made in France, 100% Artisanal, 100% Natural. Wishing to highlight the typicity of each of my olive varieties, I have developed a range of monovarietal Extra Virgin olive oils (Aglandau, Bouteillan, Picholine and Négrette), as well as an olive oil called «blending with an incomparable taste (matured olives). Green or black tapenades, basil, garlic, asparagus, dried tomatoes, artichokes or morels... I also offer a color chart of twenty spreads that are available throughout the seasons. Rich in raw materials, I am committed to offering products without additives, dyes or preservatives. The recipes, meanwhile, are developed in a spirit of sharing with friends and chefs and then cooked in an artisanal way.
