Who are we

The Chateau des plassons spans 160 hectares, covering all of the CRU (from Grande Champagne to Bon Bois). Julien and David Pannaud, a fourth generation of wine maker, acquired the grounds of the Chateau des Plassons, previously owned by the Hennessy family.
