Who are we
Since September 2022, the Brasserie de l'Ouest Guyanais (B.O.G) has been offering craft beers brewed in double stages, allowing the creation of light and pleasant recipes. We produce unique Guyanese local beers by selecting the best fruits and spices from our local producers and beekeepers. Like most lager brewers and larger ale brewers, we use a brewing process called "temperature-controlled infusion mashing." This process involves the brewer refining the wort to create exactly the desired flavor and aroma.
