Who are we

The motto of the house Authenticity and Sharing above all ! CHAMPAGNE YANNICK PRÉVOTEAU Yannick Prévoteau's Champagne House is a family wine farm located in Damery, in the hearth of the Vallée de la Marne. Our vineyard covers almost 10 hectares. As wine growers for 5 generations, Eric and his brother Yannick bring a lot of attention and passion to the development of their estate. KNOW-HOW The work of the soils and the vine as well as all the process of elaboration of the wines are carried out with a great respect of the environment by ourselves. • We use only grapes produced by us, on our vineyard. • We add only a subtle dose of sugar in order to respect the champagne for the dosage. • We practice a vinification without malolactic fermentation, in order to retain the freshness and authenticity of our Terroir. Every stage of winemaking is subsequently carried out on the estate Thanks to a strict reduction of treatments, to an unused of herbicides and to the use of biological practices, Eric and Yannick have received the certification : The tasting of the range will make you discover the typicity of the Yannick Prevoteau's champagnes, obtained thanks to a selection of the best plots with no malo-lactic fermentation which allows to obtain champagnes with character, where the personality and typicity of terroir expresse themselves.
