Who are we

Family domain to crate in 1954 by Georges Serveaux, the 1st generation. After your son Pascal takes over the domain in 1980 with his wife Martine. Today it’s Elodie, Nicolas and Hugo Serveaux who work and develop the estate. The estate is located in Passy sur Marne in Marne Valley at 25km of Epernay. We have 3 grapes varieties: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pinot Meunier represent 60% of grape variety in our vineyard, it’s a famous grape variety in Marne Valley. Our Vineyard is certificate in HVE (high environmental value) and we are eco-friendly. In vinification, we have two horizontal press of 4000kg. We vinify with stainless steel tank thermoregulate and oak barrel. In our range we have blend Champagne, single varietal (100% Meunier, 100% Chardonnay), Rosé de Saignée, Terroir Champagne and Vintage (2008 and 2013)
