Who are we
The history began in 1905 with Achille PAQUES, he was the first one of the village to acquire his own press. Since this period, 4 Generations worked the vines and vinified the Champagne in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Indeed, it’s in Rilly-la-montagne, a 1st Cru classified terroir that Philippe Paques cultivate 12.5 Ha. In the Champagne Paques et Fils, we vinified the three grapes variety of Champagne, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Our vineyard worked in the respect of the sustainable viticulture with especially a HEV certification (High Environmental Value) in order to respect the nature who gives us those wonderful fruits. Everything is vinified in the House for create Terroir Champagne, identity Champagne as close as possible from our grapes.
