Who are we

Champagne Bonvalet started with this wild dream : create a Maison de Champagne from scratch. In 2012, Guillaume creates his first cuvée. It will take 2 more years of patience to distribute the few 2000 bottles of Champagne Bonvalet Brut Suprême. Over the years Champagne Bonvalet develops, volumes increase and new cuvées see the light of day. In 2017, his wife Pauline leaves her native country, Belgium, and joins the adventure. Today, with their team, they work at developping the range and the image of the house looking to ally best quality and singular soil expression of their wines. At the end of 2021 Guillaume, Pauline and the rest of the team move to new buildings in Pierry. The new site of Champagne Bonvalet has been designed to reflect the identity of the house. It includes a larger cellar and a new winery with oak barrels vinification facilities. Modern and bright, it will allow visitors to enjoy a breathtaking view of the vineyard from the two upstairs terraces during tastings. The House has at heart to preserve to a maximum what nature gives. The Bonvalet champagne wines are produced with the utmost care. The grapes are all selected from vines that are cultivated according to the reknown following norms : HEV (High Environmental Values) VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne). Both labels require a respectful and ecological culture of the vines replacing chemical synthetic pesticides by natural ones. It also promotes biodiversity and the ecosystem of the vineyard. Bonvalet wines are produced with the utmost care. The quality of the grapes, the vinification, the level of sulfites, the aging in the cellar and the dosage of the wines are all elements to which the House attaches great importance in order to achieve the best expression of the terroir and the definition of the identity of the House. Champagne Bonvalet opens its world to all those who love good and beautiful wines and those seeking a meaningful world where they take power and own their story. More than a champagne, Champagne Bonvalet wishes to inspire those who have something to conquer, dreams to fulfil. What you call it does not matter. Champagne Bonvalet and the adventure that was is an invitation to deconstruct preconceived ideas, to look at things from a different angle, think about what really makes sense in order to get fresh ideas. The House is already distributed in many countries accross Europe and is officially represented by an importer in Sweden and South Korea.
