Aubert & Mathieu is the aventure of two friends with a simple mission: to bring a fresh perspective to the world of winemaking, to shake the vines. Feeling a bit burnt out from our previous careers, we decided to leave it all behind and pursue a somewhat wild dream – creating wines that truly represent us, unique blends that capture the spirit of today's aspirations. Our style is a bit unconventional, breaking away from the old norms that have been around forever. Our aim? To offer wines that resonate with the preferences of Generations Y and Z. Teaming up with passionate winemakers who share our commitment, our wines come from the finest spots in Languedoc Roussillon. They're all about complexity, freshness, and, of course, being mindful of the environment. We're fully carbon-neutral, on the path to becoming B Corp certified, with organic wines and eco-friendly, locally sourced packaging. And one more thing – we're flexible. We can create custom wines based on your preferences or adjust our packaging to suit your needs. With a growth rate exceeding 400% in just a few months and reaching over 30 countries in just 5 years, we've become specialists in premium markets, both On Trade and Off Trade.
