Who are we

What is behind the melt-in-the-mouth SILVAIN, family? The honey and almonds which produced the ancestor of all our nougats, LE PATRIARCHE, (THE PATRIARCH), crunchy black nougat. After that, it took another five years for the blend of le Patriarche and egg white to give our soft white nougat, LA DELICATE. The family has been growing from one adventure to the next to form the beautiful tree which is only the beginning of a beautiful line of the best of SILVAIN sweets.
