Who are we

N'OYE means the little one in Laotian. It was an affectionate nickname for Julie, the youngest of her family. Born in the middle of the mountains and plateaus of Laos, Julie was cradled by the perfumes of spices and aromatic herbs. Following her arrival in France, she enjoyed playing with ingredients and creating new flavours in her kitchen. The little one makes a big impact!
