Who are we

A family business located in the commune of Salon de Provence, the EARL Mas des Bories comprises an olive-growing estate with 1700 trees between 30 and 50 years old and a private mill, which is located in the very heart of the olive grove. In order to meet quality and ecological standards, we combine an artisanal harvesting and bottling process with the use of state-of-the-art technology for oil extraction.
