Who are we

Treat yourself to old French biscuits and discover their history thanks to Les Mirliflores, an artisanal biscuit factory in the South-West of France (Tarn)! Elisa and Gwenaëlle, historians by training and co-founders of Les Mirliflores, have developed a fun and gourmet concept: to give you a taste of History! In addition to discovering a forgotten biscuit recipe, you will be able to read the history of these biscuit in a small booklet slipped into each box with original and elegant packaging. Each of our biscuits is shaped and cut by hand, giving them the "homemade" appearance and guaranteeing the quality that only a genuine artisan biscuit factory can offer. The taste, origin and method of cultivation of our ingredients are values that are particularly important to us. That's why, wherever possible, we give priority to local raw materials, to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, authentic and tasty.
