Who are we

100 years after it was founded, Grands Moulins de Paris has a strong focus on making healthier and more socially responsible products, being genuine in our relations, and being mindful of others and society as a whole. Our passion and our interest for innovation have been encouraging us to develop our milling knowledge dedicated to bakery professionals. We process more than 820 000 tons of wheat each year and keep being linked to a local culture thanks to 8 mills all spread over the French territory. We are also the ambassadors of a know how “à la française”, in more than 65 countries all across the globe. With traditional, tasty and innovative breads and bread products, we are committed to provide a broad and complete range of products that will enable our customers to propose quality products to consumers.
