Who are we

Our company is settled by the river Adour near Bayonne. Since 1942, we make all every effort to offer premium gourmet products, inspired by the Basque Country's art de vivre and its gastronomy. Every day, we imagine exclusive recipes with our local farmers partners network, upholding the agricultural social link. From aperitif to dessert, our products are made with high quality raw materials : meats from South West of France, vegetables from France and Navarra, ready-to-eat dishes with no preservative and no additive.
