Who are we

Corsica Gastronomia is a small business, a manufacturer of Corsican specialties based in the Ajaccio region, the city of Naopleon Bonaparte. Since its creation in 1991, we have developed a large range of (Organic) jams, (Organic) pâtés, (Organic) tapas, (Organic) cooked dishes,… all reflecting the scents of the corsican sea, the mountains and the Maquis. Our specialties all rely on the emphasizing of traditional country cooking and ancestral know-how mixed with own creations and using the latest technologies in the food-processing domain. Our professionnalism has allowed us to obtain the ISO 22000 standard in 2009 and the FSSC 22000 standard in 2015, guaranteeing the quality, regularity and safety of each production through a food safety management system equal to IFS or BRC. Today, this results in a wide range of typical and tasteful products for a demanding clientele, looking for yesteryear's flavours, but also wanting to discover new ones. It is the result of a vision and a common willpower: producing in Corsica, with a maximum of local raw materials and following traditional - sometimes revisited - recipes.
