Who are we
It all started with our famous fish soup recipe concocted in the kitchens of our restaurant in Sables-d'Olonne. Driven by success, our passion for regional traditions grew to the point of giving birth to our cannery. This is where we create and prepare a wide range of seafood specialties, respecting the artisanal and authentic know-how of historic canneries. Today we cook fish soups, rillettes, fish fillet marinades, fish sauces, shellfish, always with the same ambition: to help as many people as possible rediscover the true taste of the sea.
