Who are we

Les Cafés Sati is based in Strasbourg and has been perpetuating a know-how passed down from father to son to produce top-of-the-range coffee since 1926. As an independent family roaster, our expertise is based on different trades: From the choice of green coffee to roasting, from tasting to sale, the coffee is sublimated by the mastering of techniques, rich in tradition. This expertise has been demonstrated over the years in coffee Cup Tasting competitions: our quality manager, Sébastien Maurer, is Triple French Cup Tasting Champion (2014, 2016, 2017) and came 3rd in 2019. Virginie Leclerc, Human Resources Manager, took 3rd place in 2018.
