Who are we
Boehli is a family-owned business located in the Alsace Region (close to Strasbourg), specialised in the manufacturing of pretzels and savoury snacks. Attentive to our customers, we offer a large range of products and recipes to match their tastes and needs. IFS certified since 2009 and labelled PME+ (French CSR label) since 2021, we are proud to manufacture quality products while having strong environmental, social and local commitments ! Since 2017, we have unveiled to the general public the production of our Pretzels thanks to the opening of our visitor attraction: La Fabrique à BRETZELS! Here you can discover the origins of the pretzel and experience the pretzel production live. Boehli, more than Pretzels !
