Who are we
We make the most of our ancient terroir to produce wines rich in flavor and full of character. We use natural methods (Bio 2022 label) letting native grasses grow on the vineyard, using manual leaf stripping, manual harvesting and gentle vinification. We age our wines in French oak barrels and in amphoras. On the Ambès peninsula, a wine-growing region since the 17th century, we cultivate twenty hectares of vines, planted with classic Bordeaux grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and the ancestral memory of our terroir: the Petit Verdot. In 2003, Courrèges, a vineyard with limestone soil, joined the estate.
