Who are we

The Château Cap de Fouste is situated in Roussillon since 1860, as a famous place of the Catalan’s winemaking history. Blessed by an exceptional sunshine and a perpetual wind, that can be icy or torrid, those two major elements confer amazing assets to our terroir. ​ It is in the respect of our history, with an unconditional love for our Earth, adapting to the climate and with a modern vision that we work every day to draw the best Expression of our Terroir. ​ Our parcel selection, our blends, the care we give to our work from the vineyard to the cellar, have a unique target : bringing joy and happiness when you’re enjoying one of our wines.
