Who are we

The vineyard is located in Languedoc roussillon in the Gard department. Turning his back to the foothills of the Cevennes, he directs his vineyard in semi hills towards the east. The soil is clay and limestone. It is the alternation of the mediterranean sweetness of summer days and the coolness of its nights that is the secret of its terroir. We grow, produce, vinify and bottle all our organic wines in a spirit of sustainable development. We are strongly committed to making the countryside alive, to perpetuate know-how that has a cultural dimension and to reduce the ecological impact of our activities. The grapes are harvested manually. The vinification is made in indigenous yeasts, without inputs. The wines are not fining and not filtered at bottling. The wines are without sulfites, less than 5 mg.
