Who are we

In 2004, Stéphanie came back on the famliy domaine, she settled in 2007and she’s the winemaker since this date ! she has always with the aim of minimizing the inputs into the wine. At the beggining of the process all the juices move by gravity inside the thermoregulated stainless steel tank. Fermentation in indigenous yeast and aging on fine lees, then light filtration before bottling. She’s the 8th generation of winemaker. On the vineyard, for many years, the Domaine Mosnier has the orientation of preserving its earth while respecting nature and biodiversity, and all these actions are implemented every days. The Level 3 agreement, the highest of environnmental certification, recognizes the field’s commitment to approaches that are particlarlly respecful of the environnement. The Domain Mosnier hashad this european agreement HVE Level 3 since the 2019 vintage We have been also Vignerons Independants for over 30 years, for this reason, we have lot of private customer, and you could taste our wine on famous restaurant or palace. Today we want to develop the export, and particulary in China.
