Who are we

Established in Vernou for 4 generations, the Gaudron family has developed great Vouvray wines since 1890. Today, Gilles Gaudron is in charge. His father Sylvain Gaudron gave him his 27 hectare vineyard made up of Chenin blanc vines aged 30 and over. The vines are grassed and Gilles practices reasoned pest management by limiting the intake of phytosanitary products. It is in a magnificent 13th century cellar, made up of 1000 meters of galleries dug in the tufa stone, that Gilles develops his still dry, dry and sweet wines as well as traditional brut and semi-dry sparkling wines. Its wines are of great finesse, very bouquet, fruity with a racy character. The estate produces 220,000 bottles per year and sell them on the domestic market, directly from the estate and internationally.
