Who are we

Du Vin aux Liens is a new Compagny. I worked with Christian Binner for almost 5 years to create and develop a brand of Alsatian natural wines called Les Vins Pirouettes. I learned so much with Christian, and our two others associates, Pierre and Xavier, oenologists, and of course with the wine producers parts of this collective venture. I left Les Vins Pirouettes at the end of December 2019 and I am happy today to develop my own wine trade, to express my values and vision. There are great wine producers that will not be known just because they are overwhelmed by the work in the vines so demanding, challenging... They do not find anymore the energy and the time to present, to promote their wines. Well, I decided to work with some of them, that is why I created Du Vin aux Liens. They are 7 winemakers. We make wines together for my market. All of them are organic farmers, 3 of them are biodynamics farmers, 2 of them are working in the vines with horses. 3 of them are in Alsace and 4 of them are in Loire Valley. I have a nice range of wines to present you. In 2019, I have started to make natural wines myself and I am producing some ciders too. I am from Brittany, on the west coast and my grandfather planted apple trees in 1977 to produce ciders. I decided to make cider when my uncle, who is the owner now, told me that he did not want anymore to do anything with the orchard. I am super excited by producing myself wines and ciders. Du Vin aux Liens it is also about that.
