Who are we

The estate now extends over nearly 40 hectares, 27 of which are organic vines since 2011 and in Biodynamic since 2024 and 13 of garrigue and olive trees. Its located in the heart of The Petit Causse terroir, in the production area of the Cru La Liviniere and Minervois, between Carcassonne and Narbonne. On the slopes, on a clay-limestone soil, the vineyard enjoys an excellent southern exposure with an exceptional sunshine (more than 300 days per year). In addition, the scents of the surrounding garrigue : thyme, lavender, rosemary, holm oaks, olive trees, all contribute to the aromatic complexity of the wines.
