Who are we

Saint-Cels is above all a family story starting with the creation of the estate in 1970. Today the vineyard extended on 80 hectares under organic conversion, on schistous and limestone-clay soils typical of Saint Chinian area. Like a mosaic, our vineyard is offering us also large panel of grape varieties (Grenache, syrah, mourvèdre, cinsault, carignan, chardonnay, roussanne, colombard, vermentino ..). We enjoy the warm and dry Mediterranean climate but also a certain freshness due to the altitude between 100-350m. Our plots are mostly on hillsides allowing the best exposure conditions The vegetation between pine and “garrigue” completes this landscape. Like musical notes, all these natural elements typical of the Languedocian terroir allow us to compose a rich and varied range of wines Our goal : having the pleasure of sharing with you all the energy we put every day, every season at every step to get to the harvest. During each assembly we strive to make wines that we will have fun to tell. When the richness of a terroir follow you, the imagination becomes a land without limit, leaving space for the creation of vintages combining pleasure and elegance this is our guiding thread.
