Who are we

.Rare venerable grape varieties, organic wines of Touraine, in the Southern Loire Valley. Our wines mirror of our landscapes. Coming from a living respected soil, they assert their personality in fresh, fruity and sincere notes. Our hand-harvests and soft winemaking processes preserve the essence of our grapes without any artifice. Built with beautiful materials, our young wines are supple and fruity. Our more mature and fleshy wines offer generous flavors with silky tannins. Our silico-clay soils are renowned for revealing wines of great aromatic finesse. We grow the 7 traditional grape varieties of our home region: Orbois, Chenin, Sauvignon, Pineau d'Aunis, Gamay, Cabernet franc and Côt. Some of them have a strong historical value: our hundred-years-old Côts planted with vine layering method, our Chenin and Orbois, a hundred-years-old vine parcel in co-plantation, our Pineaux d'Aunis, so rare in our Valley. Our wines are organic and certified by ECOCERT.
