Who are we

Domaine de Fontenille is located in the heart of the natural park of Luberon, in Provence. Founded in 1637 with 12ha of vine, it's one of the oldest wine property in Luberon that has never stopped producing. Half the surface of the vineyard was replanted from 2013 to reach 43ha on today. The vineyard was converted into organic farming and 2017 is the first vintage certified. We are producing 2 ranges : Fontenille and Alphonse, both available in white, rose and red. Fontenille is our pleasure range with wines based on the fruit with a strong signature of terroir : salinity. Alphonse is our gastronomic range, produced on low yields, from a selection of our oldest parcels and vinified in oak barrels. Domaine de Fontenille is also an hotel of 19 keys with 2 signature restaurants (one of them is starred), half an hectare of organic garden, first supplier of our restaurant and a wonderful park offering a great view on Durance river and Sainte Victoire Mountain.
