Bruno Dangin is a Champagne winegrower and he decided to settle in Molesme in the Châtillonnais region, neighboring Champagne, in 2010 with his children. Everyone has learned the profession of winegrower and the Champagne recipes are applied here to produce crémants de Bourgogne of very high quality, indistinguishable from the best champagnes, which are by far rivaled, except for the price !!! Today Matthieu DANGIN is in charge. The marketing of the bottles is also in the Champagne style, very neat and elegant. The 5 hectare estate is organically farmed. It is a part of Burgundy that is very little known to the general public and to amateurs but it is absolutely essential to discover it, it is nestled in great terroirs
