Who are we

The SARL Distillerie de chez Sabourin was created in 1993 by three brothers, Bruno, François and Patrick CHAINIER who wanted to continue the activity of their father, Guy CHAINIER. Combining tradition and know-how, the company then began with brokerage and Charente distillation, an authentic method giving life to Cognac. In 2013, Pierre CHAINIER, son of one of the founders, took over with his father. In a process of diversification, the company has then constantly evolved over the years in order to best meet the expectations of its customers. Today, from the vine to the aging of the product, the Sabourin Distillery offers all possible services offering estate management from A to Z or à la carte: wine work, distillation, brokerage, storage and administrative support.
