Who are we

Akima & Stéphane, two wine-lovers COURREGES WINES is above all the coming together of a man and a woman who love and share a common passion: wine. We were both born in Bordeaux. I grew up in the prestigious geographic appellation of Pauillac. I was born and grew up in the middle of the Médoc wine region. From my early age I experienced a real pleasure to work this noble land and continue the tradition of great wine making. As for Stéphane, wine is part of the family history, through his wine making uncle, who initiated him to wine, transmitted this passion for wine and thus it’s only natural that he orientated his career towards œnology to become today a Bordeaux based œnologist recognised in France and internationally. To offer a glass of wine to a friend, is to welcome them, it’s to share a moment of pleasure and conviviality. Stéphane and I work for this pleasure.
