Who are we

Maison Marie Severac specializes in producing and refining high-end artisan tommes from the Auvergne Volcanoes, France. Our cheeses are made at the farm, using ancient traditional hand-methods, with the raw milk from one herd. For specific markets with stringent health regulations, we also produce a similar cheese made of pasteurized dairy milk.
