A thousand years old, our tradition of producing quality wines goes back to 804. It was the monk Déodat de Séverat who founded what is now the Domaine la Croix Chaptal. Terroir of pebbles and gravel on clay-limestone soil. Traditional winemaking and ageing in concrets tanks.
