Sauvignon Blanc 2023 (white wine)

Vinification This white wine is made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc vines aged between 25 and 40 years. The plots are located on a south-facing slope, in an enclosed area. After pressing in a pneumatic press, the wine is vinified at cool temperatures of between 18 and 21°C. The wine is then matured in stainless steel vats. Characteristics The colour is light yellow with golden highlights. On the nose, citrus aromas are supported by a pronounced minerality on the palate. The taste is full-bodied with plenty of volume. A truly gastronomic wine!
