Sauvignon Blanc

The Sauvignon Blanc is a single varietal wine. 
The grapes are harvested at low temperature then macerate several hours with full skin contact. The maceration is followed by a pneumatic pressing without oxygen, a controlled low temperature fermentation and finally the wine is matured on fine lees. 
Fresh and crisp, this wine reveals an intense and balanced mouth feel, with notes of citrus and passion fruit.
