Wild Boar Saucisson

This saucisson is made from wild boar meat caught in the beautiful French countryside. This wild meat brings a rich, unique flavour to our product. We then wrap the sausage in a natural casing to ensure slow maturation and optimum preservation. Finally, we tie it traditionally by hand, guaranteeing an authentic, traditional presentation!
