Wild Boar Saucisson Smoked in Beech wood
Our saucisson is made from wild boar meat harvested in our French forests. Once the meat has passed through the drying process comes the delicate stage of smoking. VENANDI does not use any ‘liquid smoke’ chemicals. Beech wood is chosen to smoke the fish, as it is the ideal type of wood to bring subtle aromas and flavours to our wild boar sausage. Finally, after a night's rest, the sausage is ready to reveal its combination of flavours.
